Enterprise Sales Director
Based in Jersey but responsible for the entire Sure Channel Isles and Isle of Man (CIIM) Group Business Sales and Service Management functions, Jon has worked for Sure since 2006 and is one of our longest serving Jersey-based colleagues.
Over the past 12 years, he has built an impressive career that is based on some key principles: customer centricity, integrity, simplicity and a strong team ethic.
Jon focuses on making sure his teams offer the highest possible levels of service and is a senior stakeholder in ensuring Sure offer services and products that innovate and differentiate, coupled with exceptional customer care and support.
Head of Enterprise Sales Jersey
As Head of Sales, Kenny uses all of his experience (gained over almost a decade of serving Enterprise customers at Sure), to maintain a Sales Team that’s renowned for its expertise, high standards of customer service and ability to understand our customers’ aims and needs.
Head of Data Centre Sales
Ross works closely with our clients to ensure they understand the full capabilities of our data centres and the services they offer, including Data Hosting and Cloud Services, DDoS Protection and Disaster Recovery which means he’s well-equipped to advise our customers, particularly those in the eGaming and finance sectors.

Head of Enterprise Sales Guernsey
As Head of Sales in Guernsey, Vince makes sure his team are working closely with their customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions that address both today’s business requirements and those that will arise in the future. Vince is proud of the relationships he develops with his customers and is trusted by companies across Guernsey to give them the advice and guidance they need to use the latest technologies to their greatest effect.
Service Management Team Leader
Based in the Isle of Man and with twenty years of relationship management and customer service experience, Kelly has the insights and expertise necessary to lead a pan-island team of Service Managers. Kelly ensures his team offer our customers the levels of service, care and technical expertise that they expect from a company wholly focused on delivering an excellent customer experience.
Arron’s wide-ranging technology background stands him in good stead for his role as Account Director. Although he is focused on advising customers in Jersey, he also operates across our tri-island network and further afield.

Natalie is committed to delivering the highest standards of customer service and during more than a decade working with Sure, she has consistently shown that the customer is always her focus. Importantly, Natalie’s experience in different areas of Sure’s business means she is able to operate smoothly and effectively across departments, using her contacts and understanding of the company to ensure her customers always receive the best possible service, regardless of the complexity of their query.

Christine has joined Sure with almost two decades of experience in the telecoms sector. She has brought with her a wealth of technical knowledge and an understanding of the value of excellent customer relationships, all of which she puts to work in her role managing our relationship with the Manx government.
Corporate Account Director
Paul works with some of the island’s largest businesses and public sector organisations. He listens to them, learning about their technology needs before working alongside our Professional Services team to advise on, design and deliver communication networks that enable his clients to work locally and globally, on a 24/7 basis.

Jason’s 14 years’ experience in the technology sector have prepared him extremely well for working with the island’s government to ensure they’re able to meet the communication challenges of the 21st century.
As Service Manager, Scott delivers the highest standards of service to our enterprise customers across the island. Having almost eight years’ experience working within the technology sector and having begun his career in Sure’s retail store in St Peter Port, Scott has an all-round understanding of the technologies that ensure our customers can continue communicating with their clients and suppliers 24/7/365.

As an SME Account Director, Lyle understands the pressures on smaller businesses and appreciates that most do not have the resources to employ an in-house IT team. Instead, they rely on Sure to be their trusted partner to advise and deliver the right, individual solutions for their businesses.

As Account Director, Sam engages with organisations across the island, listening to their aims and learning about the challenges they face. He then uses this knowledge to help him work with our Professional Services and Service Delivery teams to make sure our customers receive the services they need.

Delivering the best possible customer service is Samantha’s guiding priority in her work and it is one that ensures she excels in the role of Service Manager. With her knowledgeable and friendly approach, Sure’s enterprise customers know they’re in good hands when working with Samantha and can trust that she will deliver the services they require and will swiftly remedy any issues they have raised.

With over three decades in the telecoms sector, Andy has a vast amount of wide-ranging experience across both engineering and sales. His particular expertise in advising customers on the full range and capabilities of many and varied telephony options enables him to understand his customers’ challenges and provide them with solutions that answer both today’s needs and tomorrow’s requirements.
As Account Director, Joseph wants his clients to get maximum value from their investments in information and communications technology. He is trusted by his customers to identify those areas where they can make efficiencies and ensure that the technologies they have chosen are used to their fullest extent.
